Juna is a 4 month old Labrador mix and came into rescue with her mom, Bean, and brother, Lucky. She is a Northern dog coming to us all the way from Manitoba!

Juna is a special soul. Even at her very young age, she looks deep into your eyes like she understands what you are saying...and she does! She is almost fully potty trained, a couple of pee accidents but that only happens when she is playing or gets excited—but no number twos!! Her foster been working on her commands and Juna understands "leave it" (although she does have a bit of a mischievous side and will try to push the boundaries).

 

Amazingly enough, she has slept perfectly through the night since day one, and in her crate no less. She has not been left alone in her crate for long periods of time yet but we are confident it won't be an issue as she continues to grow. She loves her toys—especially Ellie the Elephant—and loves playing with her foster sisters. We can't forget belly rubs either; find the tickle spot and both back legs get going! 

 

We've also discovered that Juna likes the water and has actually already gone for a swim with her foster mom. Juna is just a lovely pup, good with dogs and children. She has not been cat tested, but we believe she would do fine with them. 

 

Juna is fully vetted and we are accepting applications on her now.
