Hazel

Hazel is a Jack Russell/Shih Tzu cross and approximately 11 weeks old. She came into rescue with her brother and is an absolute sweetheart.

​

This little puppy is sugar and spice all rolled up into one tiny package. Hazel loves to cuddle and is always in the mood for a belly rub. Then it's zoomies all around the house and a cheeky little bark when she wants attention. She loves her toys and plays very well independently, although she is just as ready to have a good tousle with her foster sister. 

​

House training is going very well and she's picking it up quickly. Her foster is very diligent in letting her out right after a good nap; if you're not quick enough, she will use her pee pad instead. She sleeps well through the night in her crate and will cry in the morning to be let out to do her business. 

​

Hazel's foster has also already begun her recall training and she seems to be doing well (so long as nothing distracts her along the way). This little girl is cute as button and very smart—she will do very well with continued training and puppy school.

Hazel is currently in the process of completing her vetting and will be available for adoption very soon.
