Birdie is a 9 week old Northern pup coming into rescue with sister Ruby, brother Percy and mom, Georgia. She came to us all the way from the small community of Berens River, Manitoba.

Birdie has the most beautiful markings, her fur is very soft. She is so fun to watch as she bounces around and curiously swats at things. She's the troublemaker of the group and is a bit of a rascal with her siblings but with people, Birdie is a complete snuggle bug. She just loves getting love and affection. She is working on her potty training and is mostly peepad trained. She's also being crate trained and will usually sleep through the night without an issue.

 

Birdie has been working on her puppy manners but listens well when told "no". If she wants something, she is not afraid to tell you with a whine or a bark. She is an intelligent pup and will learn quickly. Anyone would be lucky to have her.

 

Birdie and her siblings had the opportunity to be featured at TIFF this year, taking photos with some very notable people—she's had her time in the spotlight and now is looking for someone to take her home!

 

Birdie still requires some vetting so she will not be ready to be adopted just yet, but we are accepting applications on her now.
